We were planning our perfect wedding in Koh Samui June 2020. However as with many other couples who are looking forward... to tying the knot in their beautiful summer weather, our plans were unfortunately affected by coronavirus. Despite the unfortunate circumstances, we had such a stress-free and smooth process because we had Natalie from DreamAsiaWeddings to guide us through this. Due to our other plans, we could not postpone our wedding to next year, and decided to cancel our ceremony abroad. Natalie amazingly, was able to get a full deposit back, and despite us trying would not take a penny from us for her fees. We have heard from many couples who unfortunately have not been so lucky and have lost large amounts of money. We could not have done it without Natalie, she has truly been brilliant throughout! We knew we wanted to have a ceremony abroad and found the initial process quite overwhelming. There are hundreds of different wedding planners available and they all seemed very similar in terms of the packages that they offered. We knew we wanted a planner as it is difficult to organise the ceremony abroad, however most of the wedding planners we spoke to were recommending set packages and no one really stood out. We found Natalie through a recommendation from a friend of a friend. After one or two emails she quickly stood out. It was clear that she wanted to find out what we really wanted from our wedding and had lots of sensible suggestions to help us decide and build something that was ready us. Whilst we have not had our wedding, we know we can recommend Natalie highly. She has been very efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. She always replied within a day or two and had answers to all our questions and knows the local businesses well. It was our pleasure to work with her, and our friends were so surprised at the fact that we were never stressed during wedding planning. She also seems to have amazing value for money compared with other companies. We honestly were so shocked when we managed to get all our deposit back and that she didn’t charge for her help. This is so important when booking weddings with the uncertainty of how long coronavirus will last. After a lot of research trying to find a company/planner we could click with and felt would provide the services and flexibility we were after, we found Natalie at Dream Asia Weddings. A huge incentive for us was the fact that Natalie doesn't ask her clients to sign up to packages, allowing you to have total freedom on what your wedding will include. After our first initial meeting in Singapore, we felt confident that Natalie could deliver on our dream wedding and she didn't disappoint! From organising our venue hunting trips in Bali, through to execution of the wedding and surrounding events a year later, Natalie made the whole process easy and as stress-free as possible! Natalie was consistently available to chat throughout the year leading up to the wedding, often answering my random queries whenever they came to me between work meetings. This company went way above my expectations to make our special day perfect! Natalie was great from start to finish on... the communication. I gave her some ideas for an elopement in Thailand and everything was absolutely perfect! Her and her team put together a wonderful day in less than three weeks and every service was exception from the photography, videography, hair and makeup, location, all who helped us with the traditional Thai part, I couldn't have asked for anything more. Natalie really lives up to their name - she is an absolute dream to work with, and creates the stuff of fairy tales for... weddings! I first contacted her over a year before our wedding, and from the very first email, I knew we had found the perfect planner for us. The level of meticulous detail she provides, her problem solving ability, and her skill in negotiating with vendors is simply incredible. She is worth her weight in gold, and then some! Having someone on the ground in Asia while planning our wedding from Australia was so comforting, and knowing she knew exactly what vendors we should be using, and has done so many different styles of weddings, meant she always understood exactly what you were trying to achieve. I have literally hundreds of emails back and forth between us - her communication is AMAZING, and she always got back to us so quickly - whether she was travelling, or otherwise indisposed - once she emailed me back in the middle of the jungle in Cambodia from her husband's phone as hers was out of action. Like I said, finding that level of service in any field is almost unheard of, and Natalie is the utmost professional. Having her there on the day of the wedding was absolutely incredible too, our bridal party were amazed by her after meeting her at our pre-wedding meeting, and knew that any hiccups on the day would be taken care of by her, and there was absolutely nothing to worry about. The day of our wedding was crazy windy (perhaps something to keep in mind for other potential Koh Samui brides - I always worried about rain, but not about wind on the coast!), and she made sure that any adjustments that needed to be made to factor this in were done, and the decor, food, and everything were just incredible. We had so many compliments on our wedding from guests (I know everyone says this), but our guests said it was the best wedding they had ever been to, not just a great wedding. If you're considering using a wedding planner, you need Natalie! We met another wedding planner on the island, and there is simply no one else who even remotely compares to her. She is truly amazing, and a wonderful person to boot - next time we visit Koh Samui, we definitely want to see her and her little cutie, Wylie!!read more

Natalie put together my dream at The Conrad in Koh Samui! Planning a wedding abroad is daunting to say the least but... Natalie was an absolute star throughout the planning to the wedding events themselves. I contacted Natalie almost two years before the wedding and she was always on hand to answer all my queries and put me at ease about the entire wedding. Natalie put together a very useful itinerary for my initial visit to Koh Samui to view venues, meet photographers, celebrants etc, and from this visit alone it was obvious that her professionalism and connections on the island were exactly what one would wish for in a destination wedding planner. Natalie was always available for my many texts, emails, questions and was patient with my indecisiveness. Looking back at it all, I don’t think I was the easiest bride to deal with, but again Natalie went above and beyond and surpassed all my expectations. Natalie was very helpful with organising all I needed for the guests and was also at hand to help my bridal team with my hen-do in Bangkok, which was a lovely extra she was at hand for. The wedding itself was a blast, despite the threat of a downpour, but luckily the heavens withheld. As the bride and groom, the day went without a glitch for us. Everything was set up exactly how we had planned for the two years running up to the big day, with extras that Natalie put together for us. Natalie was a spectacular planner and literally surpassed all expectations and all guests still rave about the wedding being the best they have ever been to. Asking people to fly halfway across the world was a big ask and we did not want to disappoint, for which I am eternally grateful to Natalie for making the big day a wonderful success. Even when faced with some challenging guests, Natalie maintained her professionalism and the bride and groom were none the wiser for any glitches, because she just handled everything! We had an excellent Wedding in Bali and Natalie did such a great job in organizing it. At the beginning she told us,... that her goal is to do everything for our wedding to be as relaxed as possible. And indeed we have to say it really was quite relaxed since Natalie took care of all the coordination during the day. And also as a preparation it was nice to work with her. Natalie is a hero! I can’t even thank her enough for the wedding we had, three days of everything going absolutely... perfectly, music, food, drink,decorations, the staff were all fabulous! What makes this even more impressive is two weeks before the big day, a vendor let us down in a really big way, asking us to pay an unforeseen fee or she would cancel all bookings. Natalie jumped into action and recovered everything this woman had cancelled and managed to get the price down for us too! She is an angel and the wedding of my dreams would not have happened with out her. She accommodated 70+ guests for us, finding them the perfect accommodation close by, no request was too great. We can’t recommend Dream Asia Weddings enough, Natalie brought our ideas and visions to life and went above and beyond to do so, even dragging a suitcase full of props all the way there for us for our photo booth! We truly can't thank Natalie from Dream Asia Weddings enough for making our destination wedding so perfect. From the... very first online enquiry, she replied instantly and that efficiency continued right through to the end. Her website says she prides herself on responsiveness and truer words cannot be spoken. Natalie helped coordinate accommodation and transfers for our 90+ guests, who all raved about her friendliness, efficiency and professionalism. No matter the question, she put all their minds at ease and this was particularly helpful for some of our guests that have never travelled. Natalie also planned our pre-wedding dinner (including welcome bags) and post-wedding BBQ. From the very first Skype session, Natalie understood us and knew exactly what kind of wedding we were looking for. She said she had the 'perfect venue' for the vibe we were after. We were lucky enough to meet Natalie in Koh Samui a year before we were scheduled to get married to visit a few possible venues. The venue Natalie had in mind for us was perfect and we knew it was the one for us. From there Natalie coordinated every aspect of our wedding day. She has a vast array of contacts and suppliers and was able to recommend the perfect people to suit us and our wedding. If you're thinking about doing a destination wedding, YOU MUST HAVE A PLANNER. Trust me on this one. And now that... you're convinced that you need a planner, HIRE NATALIE. She is the best of the best. I honestly could not have gone 2 steps into wedding planning without her hardwork, her professionalism, and her very, very quick response to emails. I spoke to about 8 wedding planners that did weddings in Thailand before choosing Natalie. One of the biggest reasons for that was how communicative she was and how quickly she responded to my millions of emails. I knew that I wanted to be heavily involved and I wanted a planner that would understand how anxious it can be to plan a wedding from a different continent. Natalie was extremely patient with all my questions, very quick to respond with solutions to every problem I posed, and more than willing to go out of her way to make my vision come true. I honestly can't say enough about the lengths she went to to make sure that my dream wedding was realized. She made the entire wedding process seamless. Words cannot describe how grateful we are for Natalie and Dream Asia Weddings. We always knew we were going to get... married in Thailand but how to go about this was probably the hardest challenge we faced throughout the planning process. Having tried multiple companies that we found via Google who claimed to be the best at planning your ‘dream wedding’ we almost gave up on a destination wedding as none of them even came close to our expectations and did not seem to take our preferences into consideration. With little hope we carried on our search and luckily so, as we stumbled across Dream Asia Weddings. From our first contact with Natalie we were confident we had found the perfect planner. Natalie was always on hand to answer any questions we had whether it was through email, facebook, whatsapp or facetime. This made the whole planning process so simple. She took all of our preferences on board and went beyond our expectations in delivering the most beautiful and what all of our friends had described as a ‘fairytale wedding’. Having to organise the finer details of the wedding such as decor, cake and centrepieces, which often can be the biggest headache, couldn’t have been easier with Dream Asia Weddings. We had ideas of what colour schemes etc we wanted, passed pictures on to Natalie and ‘hey presto’! Not only was Natalie the perfect wedding planner, she was also very helpful in organising accommodation for 52 of our guests. She managed to kindly arrange an amazing boat trip to Koh Tao the day before the wedding which all our guests thoroughly enjoyed. Unfortunately, my father had hurt his back during this trip and the pain had flared up during the wedding. Natalie often checked up on him to ensure he was comfortable and that he didn’t need any further assistance to which he is also very grateful for. All in all, if you are planning a destination wedding we cannot recommend Dream Asia weddings enough. We were immediately impressed with her thoughtful and thorough communication. After a few back and forth emails, next thing we knew Natalie had organized a meticulously planned venue viewing trip to Koh Samui and Phuket. And just a year after, we had our “Dream Asia Wedding.” This is clearly more than just a business to her – it’s a passion. One thing that struck us was that she mentioned that she tears up at her clients weddings. You simply can’t ask a planner to get any more vested into your wedding. Natalie is responsive, thorough, and organized. Instead of overwhelming you with a mountain of difficult choices, she is able to breakdown decisions and the daunting wedding planning process into manageable, bite-sized pieces. Dream Asia Weddings is very reliable indeed for i have been a wedding planner as well and i know how difficult it is... organizing an event but for Natalie it seems like very easy. Very organized with her timings and works well very well with any supplier like celebrant like me, photographers, videographers, hair and make up artist and she knows how important it is for any couple for she's been there as a bride. What can I say, Natalie is brilliant. She completely squashed any fears I had. I have to be honest I was quite scared... at sending money but the quickness in which she answered my emails & also sending a receipt made me feel better instantly. I can't praise her service enough and whilst I wasn't the bride, just family friends travelling to the wedding, she treated us with the same respect. Nothing was too much trouble and as for the wedding, WOW!!! I've been to many weddings over the years but this was simply breath taking. Everything went to plan & no stone was left unturned. I just can't praise her service highly enough and I just hope I get the opportunity to attend another one! Thank you Natalie for everything... you're great! :-) xread more

We were lucky to find Natalie about 6 months before our planned wedding date in Koh Samui on February 27th, 2016 and... from the very first email were blown away by her energy and professionalism. My wife and I had a very clear idea of exactly how we wanted our wedding and what Natalie helped us put together exceeded our expectations. We were most impressed by how quickly Natalie was able to respond to the few hundred emails we sent prior to the wedding. Starting with options for the venue and then moving to choices for the musicians, photographer, flower arrangement etc. Natalie seems to have a really good network and was able to provide options that ended up being of excellent quality and surprisingly well priced. Leading up to the wedding she also helped look after our 50 guests by arranging transportation and accommodation and helped us set up an amazing pre wedding barbecue on the beach. From a budget standpoint, Natalie negotiated prices on our behalf for pretty much every detail. Most significantly we ended up getting a great discount on the accommodation because of her help. I really don’t think I could do justice to how wonderful Natalie was through this review. She helped us set up a magical, stress free day, and all the emails and wedding planning aside we are happy to say that we have gained a dear friend. Cristina and Lionelread more
